I think every people dreams that someday Bangladesh will be a middle income country. How far we are along this path I am not sure but considering the recent changes of our country and developments, I am very much optimistic even though a lot of people might disagree. To name a few, the autonomy of Election Commission, Independent Anti Corruption Commission, Freedom of Judiciary from the executive branch, reorganization of BCS, Police, separation of Upazilla from the MP's, Autonomy of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, BTTB, upgrade of BAPEX and so on.
